The Challenge

The main challenge was developing a robust and scalable operational platform that could manage all of Bueno Express's logistics operations in a single system. The platform needed to be flexible enough to accommodate the company's growth, yet intuitive and easy to use for operational staff.

Our Solution

A custom web architecture was chosen, with a lightweight, fast frontend built with standard technologies (PHP, MySql, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5) and a robust backend custom-developed for the company's specific needs.

Results

The Bueno Express system has become the company's operational backbone, enabling it to efficiently manage over 2,125 annual routes and transport over 120,986 tons of cargo.
