The Challenge

The main challenge was developing a robust, scalable, and intuitive administrative panel capable of managing all operations of a lot developer in a single system. The platform needed to be flexible enough to adapt to the needs of different client companies (multi-company), yet easy to use for teams with varying technical skill levels.

Our Solution

A client-server web architecture was chosen, with a lightweight, fast frontend built on a proven admin panel foundation (Bootstrap 5 + jQuery + MetisMenu + SimpleBar), and a custom backend developed specifically for the business's needs.

Results

The ease of use and clarity of the design have contributed to high adoption by sales, collections, and administration teams. Mobile optimization has allowed users to access the system from anywhere, improving productivity and responsiveness.

Unlike the public landing page (lotify.consoluciones.net), this section requires authentication and is designed for daily use by the sales, collections, administration, and management teams of client companies.
